Top Knots

Practice and more practice!  Putting in top knots
is a chore at first but in time, you will be a pro!

Part the hair from ear to ear across the top of the head and from the outside corner of eye to just above ear.

Place latex band on hair and work to the center in the middle between the ears.  Then take a couple of strands from the center of the band and walk it back a little to create the poof or bit of looseness.

After you get the correct placement place a second band approximately 1 inch above the first band.  Then bend over to make the 2nd band meet the first band and put a 3rd band around both.

If the Yorkie is still young, the hair will not be long enough for the second and third band, so just use one band and it will have that cute puppy look!
